Our People Joyce A. Koehler, CPA Principal e-mail Joyce Joyce is the Managing Principal of Koehler, Hinds and Associates, LLC and has been with the firm since its inception in 1997. Joyce has extensive experience with medical professionals, construction contractors, the restaurant industry and various service industries. She provides tax and consulting services for businesses and individuals located in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania as well as several other states. Education Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with concentrations in Accounting and Computer Sciences from Clarion University Professional Associations American Institute of Cerified Public Accountants (AICPA) Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants (PICPA)   Bryan G. Hinds, CPA Principal e-mail Bryan Bryan is the Accounting & Auditing principal of Koehler, Hinds & Associates, LLC and has been with the firm since its inception in 1997. Bryan has extensive experience with not-for-profit entities, construction contractors and various service industries. He provides tax and consulting services for business and individuals located throughout the Pittsburgh metropolitan area. Bryan is also involved in several community organizations throughout the region. Kimmel, CPA Associate e-mail Diane Diane has been an associate of Koehler, Hinds and Associates, LLC since its inception in 1997. Diane provides tax, accounting, auditing and consulting services for businesses and individuals in the Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and surrounding area. Tax consulting includes clients outside of Pennsylvania as well. In addition, Diane has extensive experience in retirement plan consulting and administration, including support services for IRS audit of retirement plans. Education Bachelor of Science in Business Administration majoring in Finance with additional concentrations in Accounting and Economics from Indiana University of Pennsylvania Professional Associations Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants   William J. Graham Associate e-mail William Bill's area of specialization includes all areas of taxation including personal and business taxes as well as multi-state taxation and foreign taxes. Bill also specializes in construction, accounting and business start-up consulting.
