Frequently Asked Questions

How do you bill for your services?
Our standard billing procedure is to bill monthly on an hourly basis. Our rates vary depending on the level of expertise required.

What hours are you available?
One of the reasons we are successful is because we make ourselves available to our clients. We realize that you have businesses to run or jobs to go to; therefore we are available at a wide range of times and we will accomodate clients who need to meet outside of our "normal" business hours. (Monday - Friday 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM)


What role do you play if the IRS audits me?
We have extensive experience in dealing with the IRS. If you receive communications from any taxing authority, we can contact them directly on your behalf in an attempt to resolve the issue.

How much and what kind of preparation do you need for my return?
We provide tax organizers that provide the prior year data as a guide for gathering your current information. If you prefer to assemble your information in another format we have no problem working with your format.

Can we electronically file your tax return?
Yes. We are currently electronically filing Federal and Pennsylvania personal income tax returns.
